Tuesday MLB Play
I do not see anything in the early games but several games later that could become plays. I will update in a few hours after those lines settle down.
Monday we won our 1/2 Unit play on Colorado +174 with a 3-2 win.
Too early for todays games but let me get caught up with some comments.
“Rick. I understand why you would think betting on Colorado tonight is a good idea with close to 90% on SF. However SF needs wins right now, are at home against the worst road team in the league 18-44 whos pitcher only has 2 wins on the season. Although the public betting means taking SF is not a good idea how can you see any value in taking the Rockies and not just passing?”
First forget Colorado won..its irrelevant. Now…these factors you mention are the very reason Colorado was a play. Its these types of combination of factors that produce value. The more severe that factors usually the more value.
I have found for the most part the most successful bets are the ones you really have to talk yourself into taking. The worst they look (from a punter point of view) typically the better they are. The old adage on how to bet the NFL…look for a cinch….and bet the other way!
“Thanks for all of your hard work. I am trying to do some research on fading the top 5 hilton super contest last year and was wondering if you kept a record of how the Top 5 of the Hilton fared last year? Thanks Rick”
Yes until the last 2 or 3 weeks last year the top 5 were hitting over 60% fading them. But overall they still showed very good results. I posted them each week with a cumulative record. You can look back from last years NFL posts on Sunday to find them.
I will update a bit later with the baseball plays today. A few games look good but still way to early to tell.
Good Luck Today
