Wedn we lost a close one with St. Louis losing in extra innings. The jumped to a 3-0 lead off of lincecum…and lead by 1 going into the 9th but couldnt hold on to win.
Today no home dogs….so no plays today.
The market took a good tumble yesterday. We exited amgn at the close for a .64% gain on a 6 day hold. That brings our swing trade record to 33-11 with an average gain of 1.74% on an average 4 or 5 day holding time. We have two trades open.
The market is reaching a position now where I will be starting to add swing trades on especially if we get 1 more down move from here.
Thanks for those of you that contributed 1000 to the 1500 entry fee in the WSOP omaha 8 tourney. 925 people entered which was up about 10% from last year. Most were predicting a lower turnout due to the online fiasco. I lasted 10 hours….and was out with around 400 players left.
It was pretty uneventful….I didnt get many hands and most of the ones I got didnt pan out. The first table I went to was a pretty easy one but the only unpredictable player was on my left. I knew I would have to be careful. But 1st hand I played….I was on the button with A34K suited. 1 limper in front of me…and I raised. The Player on my left called out of the small blind and it was 3 handed.
The flop came AJ6 rainbow. 2 checks I bet and two calls. A Jack on the turn….2 checks I bet and 2 calls…..an 9 on the river. 2 checks….I bet…and small blind called and turned over QJ72…..I knew it was going to be a long day:) And it was …I didnt get home until Midnight.
I will update later if anything develops.
