“Rick;
Have noticed that you have evolved from doing such a good job on selective sports picks to focusing on day trading the market. Some of us out hee have been with you for some time and look foward to your insight into sports. Please pay a little more attention to sports, as playing and researching the market for day trades is a full time job. Which way are you going to go- you cannot do both effectively and then play poker at the Bellagio. This is your site and your call, this is my honest opinion of how I see things unfolding.”
My Response:
I understand your concern. But I really disagree with your perception of how things are unfolding:)
First we are hitting a very slow time for sports. I really only handicap the home dogs in baseball looking for value. That means today there are 3 games to handicap.
Secondly with money market accounts paying about a 1/4 of a percent a year I think its important to find ways to get some reasonable return on your money during this long period of almost 0 interest rates. These swing trades and insider trades are designed for that. Now it is not suitable for everyone but I have been getting enough emails to know there is a significant interest in this.
Thirdly I assure you this in no way detracts from my handicapping. Its just another thing I do each morning and have been doing for a few years now that I wish to share. The only difference is I am now posting my trades.
I hope that clarifies things.
