My Response:

It is a reverse line move. And as it is I included it this morning in my handicapping routine. But for me to make a play on it I need to have at least 1 of my variables positive on the side and nothing negative. I do have one variable that is very positive on Toronto but My models are all negative on Toronto since they indicate that is no value at the line of -8. If my models were within 1 of that number I would make the play. Saying that the models are so far off that my earlier post is probably accurate. But so far I have not included that in my plays.
