“Rick,
Can you share with us how a play disappears or evaporates overnight? I will use today’s NFL as an example. When you list your contest plays in order then follow that up with saying there will likely be 2-3 plays, one can assume (or maybe we shouldn’t?) that those 2-3 plays would be from your top 2-3 games listed in the contest. In this case Tennessee and Baltimore were ranked 2nd and 3rd, neither line changed from yesterday, yet you state that the play evaporated overnight. Can you share what occured with us or are we not privy to this information? If it’s the latter i can certainly respect that. Thanks for all the effort you put into your work!”
My Response:
Tenn and Baltimore never were being considered as plays. Detroit has moved down to +4 so the line move is too much for me to consider detroit.
My last two…The betting public numbers do not support those games being plays. And There is one other that is close to a play….kc….but would take some movement for it to turn into a play.
This happens often….and is why I dont put out plays in the nfl until right before gametime since none usually are clear enough for me.
Hope this answers things a bit.
