Sunday another 4-1 on my Hilton picks bringing me to 8-2 in the Hilton NFL Super Contest. Great to get out of the gate fast. Usually I am under 500 the first two weeks. Encouraging. My 1 unit picks in the NFL went 1-1 and my 1/2 unit pick pushed.

I am sure you are wondering about the 1 unit play on MInn +3.5. The line jumped to +6.5 after Peterson was out. There was a big move down about an hour before game time that actually pushed the line back to +3. It looked to me it was going to +3 when I put out the play. I really do not consider fundamental information about the players as that is beyond what I do. I use different techniques to find the right side. Minn for me was the right side from the start and this late move convinced me it was still the right side. They did jump in the lead 7-0. But that was the only bright spot in the game.

Looking over baseball nothing looks very good to me and since I am in free fall again in baseball that is a good thing. 0-1 on my 1 unit play and 0-1 on my 1/2 unit play Sunday.

65% of the betting is on San Fran and the line has moved from -3-109 to -3 -101. Variables and Models all point to Phil +3 tonight. At 35% I cannot bring myself to make it a play. I will take another look at it before game time.
