I am going to try something different. I am going to start posting my late plays on my blog from my Iphone at the Bellagio. The plays will be posted about 30 min before the game. I will also send out emails and text messaging for those that want it for the late plays.
The split between early and late plays is about 50-50 and I would expect that to continue through the rest of the season. These late plays are FREE. Just send me your email address and I will add you to the group receiving late plays.

Badugi
I have quite a few hours playing this game as it was also part of the mix in the 40-80 game at the bellagio.
There is not much written about the game and best way to find anything is do a google search. But dont expect a detailed explanation and strategy to the game. If you want to get some playing time in…try some of the online sites that have small limits. That will give you a feel for the game.
My thoughts on Badugi :
1. If it is part of the mix how you do in badugi will determine how you do for the day. It plays at least twice as big as the other games.
2. The game plays much different then any other game I have played.
3. Snowing is an integral part of the game.
4. In a full loose badugi game the edge to a good player is minimal and the swings will be huge!
Myself I have elected not to play the game anymore. I just dont see the edge there for me. I have talked to a few players whose games I respect and for the most part they are not happy to see the game in the mix either. Although there are a few that like it.
