I got some negative feedback with my offer to sell part of myself for a 50% equity on cash paid. I agree that would provide a negative ev and should not be considered if your only willing to invest in positive ev situations…(which you should)
So I am going to open up sell part of my Hilton contest for 100% dollar to dollar equity. I am only going to sell up to 1,000 and keep 1/3 for myself.
As far as the income tax consequences in the event we cash….you can have the option to pay me 15% of what you win and I will pay taxes…or we can have an agreement signed indicating you have a % interest and pay your own taxes.
If your in town we can take care of this between the two of us at the Bellagio…or if your out of town we can use paypal and fax to take care of things.
