Let me add in my years of playing poker full time in las Vegas I have not run into any player that was abusive or insulting regularly at the poker tables that was a winning player! The winning players without exception(and there are very few) are friendly, supportive and accommodating when they are winning and losing. They end up getting the money!
I would assume this is true with handicappers although their are most likely fewer winning handicappers.
