One Unit plays on Sunday were 3-0 for +3.27 Units! Get info on a free trial now!

Things are picking up quite a bit in MLB. Yesterday we had 5 plays. We won all 3 of our 1 unit plays and lost both 1/2 unit overnights.

Oakland -103 won 7-3, Pitt +116 won 4-3 and Houston Under 9.5+111 won 5-3.  So +3.27 units for 1 unit plays.

In overnights we had the Mets -130 losing 4-13 and the white sox losing 6-7. Pitt was also an overnight but moved into the 1 unit play category during the day. So we lost 1.15 units in overnight plays.

Today so far I have sent out 7 plays. All overnights. 4 sides and 3 totals.

So with things picking up expect volatility to pick up also. I would say at least twice what it was the first half of the season.

Which leads me to an email I received yesterday:

Hey Rick

“Hope all is well.  Can you tell me why all the recent volume including the addition of new overnight totals? Seems to coincide with new clients asking why so little 1 units.

My response:

“Nothing to do with that. Believe me, when I tell you, you could put a gun to my head and I would not let people sway me what to wager and how much. I have been doing this much too long to fall into a trap like that:)

The overnights on sides, of course, have not changed from the first part of the season. The totals in going back are even stronger in predicting the line moves. My guess is they will hit over 80% between the open and close.

I have picked a subset that I feel will work out best. That is the totals where you are getting +odds.

The 1 unit totals kicked in the 2nd half of the season as they have been good now for 2 seasons. From midseason to midseason.

And there you have it. Feel free to ask any more questions if anything is not clear.”

I welcome any and all comments or constructive criticism. My goal is to be 100% transparent, which I have been for the last 13 years or so.

So if anyone has any questions please ask.

In addition, I have been getting quite a few inquiries regarding the free trial. Just follow @rick_sports. That is the private twitter feed I send the plays out on. I will sign you up automatically for a 3-day free trial.

Good Luck Today
