We won our baseball play on Colorado with Garcia giving up 6 runs in the first and Nicasio giving us a great game as a first time starter. Colorado went on to win 15-4.
Today 5 home dogs and as of this moment 3 are pretty much eliminated and the other two really dont look too promising . But if anything develops I will update.

I own a successful business back in the midwest but have always thought that now is a great time for a businessman to come to vegas and buy cheap real estate, hire talented people for less money & build a great business. Do you think this is the case? Do you think Vegas actually has a chance to get back to where it was 4-5 years ago>”
There are a lot of people that are thinking the same way as you. And logically I would think now would more then likely be a good time. But I am only talking as a layperson. I have been out of business now for over 10 years. Also I know that trying to predict the economic cycles to time either the market, housing prices or any other event is a tough endeavor.
On the one hand you have low interest rates. A real estate market that still has not bounced out of a steep drop. And a very accommodative monetary policy for stimulating the economy which more then likely will not be changed until unemployment gets back to reasonable number and the housing market recovers.
To balance that out you have very strict credit policies for purchasers of homes now, The possibility of a double dip recession, a glut of foreclosed real estate that has not hit the market and of course all the other unforeseeable events that could occur in the world at any time.
So my answer is…..I don’t know:)

FWIW, I’ve been a Vegas resident for a little over 30 years now and IMO Vegas will never get to the levels of 2004,5,6,7 again.
There are so many reasons besides the fact that people are now saving more and looking for more bang for the buck which Las Vegas is no longer on the top of the list with there $30 buffet’s.
Vegas will come back but you will never see Vegas like it was.
Corp America has ruin this town. The Casino business is like no other business in the world and they run it like you would run AT&T and it’s caught up them constantly looking to gauge people.
