Saturday we went 2-0. Our nba play on Philly won and Oakland in baseball had an easy time of it winning 6-2.
Today there should be a few plays but nothing really stands out right now. I will update as things progress.
I dont know about you but I miss online poker already. I really enjoyed playing limit omaha 8 on stars while I handicapped games in the morning. I hope they get this mess straightened out and get online poker legalized soon.
Also I have been away from the Bellagio for about a week now since its my wife’s vacation time. My sources tell me that the Omaha 8 game that has been going almost 5 years non stop now is virtually dead. The locals in their wisdom have decided to play mixed with only triple draw games which virtually assures it will be mostly locals only in the games.
Its really a shame since a lot of out of town poker tourists come to the bellagio looking to play in the 30-60 Omaha 8 game. Now the only alternative for omaha 8 is the 8-16 game at the venetian with a 12-24 kill. But more then likely the longer the locals spread the triple draw mixed at the expense of omaha 8 the mid limit omaha 8 locals and tourists will find their way over to the venetian to spread a higher limit game. At least thats my hope:)
