12:20 Update
The markets are dropping heading into the close. If they stay at this level or lower I am going to start with an individual stock swing before the close. The trade I make will be a 50% position to start out with a 10,000 value on each position. I will tweet out the trade after I execute it. Its time to start slowing putting long swings to work.

Wednesday we lost our MLB play on Seattle +124 4-9. Our setup in WNBA on Conn +8 was a winner as they won the game 78-77.
Today not much looks attractive to me in the early games but a few of the late games look promising. I will update when plays become clear.

In the markets the dow is off 20 , nasdaq plus 21 and SP500 unchanged as I write this. The market right now is not at a point I want to consider long or short swing trades. Although If we get a break to the downside today I will start looking for swing trade longs. But It would have to be a pretty big move.Its a plus that the Nasdaq is leading the other indexs but still need more to the downside to be a favorable environment for long swing trades.
