Thursday we had 3 plays and went 1-2. Our 1 unit play on Milwaukee +133.5 lost 1-4. Please note that the game started out as a 1/2 unit play at +121 and turned into a 1 unit play at +146. I then averaged out the price to come up with the price as a 1 unit play.
Our 1/2 unit plays were Pitt +119 losing 1-2, Yankees -123 losing 2-3 and Yankees under 7.5-101 winning 3-2.
We also had 2 big move games that predicted the line movement in both games. Big Move games are 68.57% accurate in picking the line move with an average move of .0724. In addition, if you’re betting these you would be 73-64 for +6.15 units and an ROI of 4.48%.
We started out MLB this season 0-9 on 1 unit plays. We then got close to even but now are off 6.41 units.
So we grind along between 0 to -9 units through the first 6 weeks of the season. Nothing at all unusual about this. Last year we jumped to 10 units in front and then went to 10 units down. We then hovered around breakeven through most of the season to jump to +13 units for the season when the smoke cleared.
That is the way MLB rolls. It is not for the impatient or undisciplined, to say the least:)
Today so far I have sent out one 1 unit play and 5 big move games.
Baseball is a good time to ask any questions that have been lingering in your mind about all sports. I am by the computer almost every morning until the markets close.
Also if you have been following the insanity of U.S. politics there are some pretty good wagers on Trump impeachment. This new FBI chaos has created quite a bit of value for the Don’t on impeaching Trump.
Paddypower has the odds 4/6 that Trump will be impeached his first term. The limits are very low at online books but if you are fortunate enough to play poker with idealogues then I suspect you can maneuver a pretty good wager.
While the fake news that comes out daily now is disconcerting and hurting the U.S. in that nothing gets done it does create value and opportunity if you’re able to get positive EV wagers.
Now do not bet the farm so to speak but there is enough value there if you can get a wager on person to person type bet, 1,000 on up would be something I would consider easily.
