The reason I think that when you have multiple wagers in one day you should lower your usual amount per wager is as follows:
Ideally you would adjust your bet size after the result is in on each wager….so the 3% wager would change after each result. But with multiple wagers in one day you cannot do that. So in order to reduce your volatility it would seem reasonable with multiple bets to reduce the size down depending on the number since its not possible to adjust for the day after each bet.

Thanks for the explanation Rick. I operate more of a ratchet system, so that when I have a drawdown I do not have decreased stakes when I am back on the upswing. The downside of reassessing every day being that your biggest stakes are always at your peak and then after a drawdown, the recovery to the peak takes that little bit longer because stakes have been reduced.
