Nothing early again today. Our late plays went 2-0 on Tues for +3.64 units!
I am going to try something different. I am going to start posting my late plays on my blog from my Iphone at the Bellagio. The plays will be posted about 30 min before the game. I will also send out emails and text messaging for those that want it for the late plays.
The split between early and late plays is about 50-50 and I would expect that to continue through the rest of the season. These late plays are FREE. Just send me your email address and I will add you to the group receiving late plays.

Poker and anti aging supplements
Its a fact of life that the older you get the more difficult it is to put in long hours and to also focus and concentrate on the task at hand.
At 61 I dont even attempt to play more then 12 hours in any 1 session. I am tempted from time to time to put in a 2 day session but common sense has won out.
I read an article a few months ago that many tournament players are taking Ritalin or something equivalent to allow them to focus and concentrate much better.
I am always keeping up on the supplements that might make my mind work better. A site I recommend for keeping track of this is

There is a top 10 list for supplements and I have tried most. Each person is different so what might work for me may not work for another. So its a hit and miss process. Also many of these are not practical if you have high blood pressure problems.
The 3 I take daily are:
Deprenyl 5 mg
Phosphatidylserine 100mg
Dhea 25 mg
Also since most poker environments are not the healthiest its important to take something to keep your immune system in good shape.
I take 5,000 mg of Vitamin C every day in addition to a good muti vitamin.
