We are out of our swing trades and so far 3-0 holding the trades overnight.
I have received quite a bit of email regarding how I decide which stocks and when to make these trades.
It involves picking a universe of stocks that are fundamentally solid. Then when the stock market as a whole becomes oversold or pulls back a few days you then look at this universe of stocks to see if any are severely oversold. If so….then you make the trade.
The most important aspect is determing when the market is ripe for a reversal up and also having a universe of stocks that are fundamentally sound.
