3:10 update

Wednesday mlb play
Texas O8 -102

Tuesday we lost our MLB play with the LA Angels. So in june we are off to a 0-2 start:(

Today nothing looks very good right now in the early games and I am heading in to play poker early today but I will be monitoring the numbers while I am folding hands.

I was going to play at the RIO where they hold the world series of poker however the holders of the tournament decided on several rule changes for the Omaha 8 games. 1. No need to post….so new players can come in for free behind the button 2. changing the game from rake to time ( the dealers are so bad there that there were several occasions that we only got 6 hands out in 30 min. 3. No must move

The no post rule is pretty much a deal killer for me. Its a nits delight as it allows players to jump tables and get a free round indefinitely for doing that. I imagine quite a few players are taking advantage of that jumping up to 10 or 20 tables a day. Nice to play without having to post the blinds. Myself its a rule when invoked should result in an outcry by players as not only does it effect the integrity of the game but rewards the nits at the expense of the players that are regular game starters.

So until that rule is changed I am playing at the Venetian.

I will update a bit later with any plays or setups.

The market took off to the upside this morning so my conservative entry cost me this time. I will be waiting again for a good opportunity to swing long.

Good Luck Today
