Tuesday we won our MLB Play on the Angels -130 2-1. We had a great month in June with a +11.17 Gain.
Today some early games but nothing looks very good to me. I will update if anything develops today.

In the Markets our SSO is +1.67% this morning as I write this. We bought SSO at 65.52 and its now at 65.66 for a small gain so far. The market is still oversold and my plan is to hold onto the trade overnight unless we get another +100 to +200 more points in the dow from here. My other swing trades are working very well.
A comment:
“Hi Rick, About your swing trades, what would the “minimum” size of capital and what would the minimum size per trade would you recommend to be profitable for the amount of risk. Considering a 10$ fee per transaction. With a target of 1.5% per trade.”
First 10.00 a transaction fee is rather high. I pay 2.00 a transaction regardless of the size. You should be able to get it to 5.00. On most of my swing trades I risk 600.00 a trade. So I size my trade accordingly based up the entry and the stop. On my mean reversion trades there is no stop. I exit when the target is hit or when Market conditions are unfavorable on a short term basis. My size per swing trade is usually 25,000 a trade. So 1% is 250.00.
As far as account size there is a lot of flexibility as you do not have to take every trade…also you can size swing trades where maximum loss is 300.00 per trade rather then what I use…600.00. For mean reversion you can reduce the size also.
If you tell me how much you have in your trading account I can give you a better Idea of the trade sizing you should stick to.
