We had one play last week in the NFL and it won with the Bears bringing our record to 16-4-1 or 80%!!!
In the top 5 picks we went 2-2-1 bring our record to 28-14-3 or 66.66% Bringing me up to #67 in the my bookie contest. The field is huge, but the entry fee is small with a 125000 first place if your lucky enough to win it:)
In the all spread contest I went 6-7 bring my record there to 76-60 or 55.88%
The Thursday night game I had a winner in the top 5 and the all spread so I have a jump on them this weekend:)
My top 5 picks this week were:
Green Bay +4
Carolina +2.5 (W)
In the Westgate contest:
Last week they went 3-1-1 Bringing their record to 28-26-1
This week the top 5 is:
I am not with them on any of the top picks. I am fading the bears but other then that, that is it.
In college football I keep sliding with a dismal 0-5 on sides and 1-2 on totals. Bringing my record to a losing
years no in college football. Still a lot to play for the season so lets see if we can turn it around.
The NFL is having one of the best seasons I can remember in a long time. Typically it has always been the strongest of
all the sports I handicap. As the logic involved seems to fit into my twisted mind:)
It is never fun to have a bad week in a sport, but that as you know comes with the experience. that is why it is essential
to have a bet sizing method in place. No matter how you look at it, sports betting is a long run proposition with a rather
high variance. If you cannot withstand the ups and down, do not even begin it.
We have a lot of sports going on right now , and its a good time to consider signing up.
